Heres a big thank you from Germany, you helped me tremendously in getting those pieces of plastic trash to finally twitch and move as part of my thesis on artificial muscles.
Thanks a lot Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8638314129554222223.post-62156670422516709852016-05-23T12:47:18.676-07:002016-05-23T12:47:18.676-07:00Each of my rods have an eyelet on the end.

Its time to brace
the rod (as it will try to bend) and turn
the drill and rod 90deg sideways.
Then coil onto the rod from eye to chuck...
Near the chuck, my rod has another eye for
tying off the completed coil.
I get about 10 rods ready, and mount them on
an oven rack made from generic stainless steel
construction set toys I get at dollar general.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8638314129554222223.post-13169624335591804222016-02-11T06:48:17.017-08:002016-02-11T06:48:17.017-08:00Hi Alexander. I'm not quite sure what you mean by screwing them to the rod, but they do have a tight twist when I put them on there.WriterOfMindshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03848533877998707168noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8638314129554222223.post-77261152924711406922016-02-11T05:49:33.062-08:002016-02-11T05:49:33.062-08:00I think this muscles will be too weak. Or simply wrapped around the rod? Thanks for your attention.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11857877340914178343noreply@blogger.com
